If you have too, then you know this is a true statement. What is also historically true is that when a land is forcibly taken, those in that land assimilate to the new occupants. Jews themselves were herded into the Pale of Settlement over the centuries (present day Ukraine) because people groups in places like Spain, France and Italy made it real tough for Jews to assimilate there. I think the reason the Palestine Mandate sits in your and others’ craw is because it happened within a saeculum, and within this human timestamp, is still actively remembered. For example, nobody is still actively upset that Spain took Mexico, or that USA later took lands from Mexico. Cause everyone who was alive then, is now dead and gone. What makes the 20th century different than the 21st century, or for that matter the 19th or 18th? You are placing some kind of moral superiority on the 21st century and you should ask yourself why and explain what makes now more special than previous centuries?
