It is working in Florida so hopefully more R's will realize these issues can work on a National Level even though it will take maximum effort to implement and see results.

DeSantis was the only political leader with any sort of power (Florida is a large State) that realized the flaws in the Covid response and did an about face within weeks. If he had not done that we would still be living under totalitarianism. He was the only real voice defending any sort of freedom during that time. You have no idea how lucky you were to live in Florida. Also, cities had their own regulations so don't blame him for what the Miami Mayor did. People not being able to afford homes, Republicans supporting pork, but then you lose me on not wanting business to thrive in Florida and pretending Florida was not the best State that mattered on Covid policy (South Dakota was pretty good, but they are small and have since failed).
