In other words, he’s taking his ball and going home. What a baby, but his behavior is on par with the other leftist crybabies out there.

I find your comment to be without merit as it suggests he has balls of any kind. 😂

In all seriousness, though, I’ve become fascinated by this whole story. I can’t believe we live in a time where “brands of truth” jockey for market shares like brands on mouthwash.

There is an interesting section in Adam Smith's Wealth of Nations where he applies the economic principles of a "free market" to the clergy.

Which highlights the reality that we have always lived in "that time" where "brands of truth" compete for market share.

I submit we really want to live in that time. We want to have free and unfettered competition among ideas of all kinds. We want people to challenge us, and perhaps even offend us, so that we can encounter as many "brands" of truth as possible.

How else can we ever hope to learn what "truth" really is?

An interesting article on the question, 'What is Truth?

In reference to the question by Pontius Pilate in the Gospel of John 18: 33:38 https://www.gotquestions.org/what-is-truth.html

We deal in objective and subjective truth, statistics, lies and damn lies, and propaganda, so we need free speech to sort it all out charitably.

Blubber babies can go home.
