Until actual humans go to jail for these types of fraud, there is literally no incentive to stop lying, baiting and switching. Consequence-free murder on the taxpayer dime.

Fines, no matter how high the cost, simply mean legal for a fee. ЁЯд╖ЁЯП╗тАНтЩАя╕П

Exactly. Many companies factor in potential fines, labor or environmental, as a cost of doing business. If corporations are people, they can do jail time.

GadflyBytes I like this Idea. They have gone to great lengths to gain corporeal benefits for incorporated entities. Your suggestion that they suffer corporeal punishments/sanctions sounds eminently fair.

If they deserve a jail sentence then they should be removed from society for the same period. In their case a cease to trade order of the same length. In the case of vaccine companies a lifetime ban on trading would put an end to these excesses from any company in very short order.

Indeed, that is literally how the ultra-rich mega corporations see it. Fines, even in the billions of dollars, are seen as just another cost of doing business.
