I did the same! I also called pharmacies to ask if they're giving the FDA-approved Comirnaty. Half of them didn't even know what Comirnaty was. I told them to read the vials and tell me if it says approved or EUA. Even the pharmacists have no idea they're still injecting EUA shots! My question - does the shot just have to be approved for kids, or does it have to actually be added to the childhood vax schedule, for pharma to be released from liability? And if different states have different vax requirements for school (i.e., if CA adds the covid jab to the required list for school), does that mean the liability is different for each state?

Let me clarify when I say the shots may have been "placebos" I don't mean intentionally. I mean the shots may have been accidentally rendered inert because the people giving out the shots were not following the strict cold storage procedures required to keep the shots viable.
I absolutely agree with what you are getting at, roughly speaking. Roughly, because the shots are never going to be inert, if they have adjuvant-like nano lipids and other biological and immuno-aggravators. They would be inert with respect to the spike protein instantiation within the body's cells. If spike protein spreading to lymph and blood (thus organs) is the main cause of systemic issues (which seems most likely) that shot is inert only in that respect.
Anyway, good thought to share, regardless. I just wouldn't call it absolutely inert - that's misleading imo because the shot isn't only *just* highly unstable mRNA.

Well. Yes, I am below 25 BMI and de facto 50 BMI. The 25-50 range would generally require additional co-morbidities to move the risk curves closer.

When you place both curves on a sliding scale, healthy people [especially 'kids'] have a huge valley between the two. No, the “gray cap” version with tris-sucrose was announced Dec 21 2021. It was given EUA as well as BLA approval under the name Comirnaty. It’s the same thing. Till then the EUA version was only “purple cap” which was the same as what was approved in August for Comirnaty. But they stopped making the EUA purple cap (must dilute, no tris-sucrose) and they’re never going to bother making the Comirnaty purple cap. Yes they changed the formula but EUA vs approved is not a factor.
It is highly unlikely that Pfizer's Comirnaty (and Moderna's Spikevax) will ever see distribution and use in the US. Why? Because Pfizer and Moderna EUA [Emergency Use Authorization] "vaccines" have been shielded against legal liability-- they can't be sued. Not so for the 'approved' versions. Only if and when the 'approved' versions are included in the list of Childhood Vaccines will they have that legal liability shield. I did the same! I also called pharmacies to ask if they're giving the FDA-approved Comirnaty. Half of them didn't even know what Comirnaty was. I told them to read the vials and tell me if it says approved or EUA. Even the pharmacists have no idea they're still injecting EUA shots! My question - does the shot just have to be approved for kids, or does it have to actually be added to the childhood vax schedule, for pharma to be released from liability? And if different states have different vax requirements for school (i.e., if CA adds the covid jab to the required list for school), does that mean the liability is different for each state?
It has to be added to the ACIP children’s schedule and it has to be the same shot as why is on the children’s schedule

Completely agree. There's no way the storage and preparation for these products are being respected consistently. In my city, there's a popup tent that provides the vax and PCRs. I walked around it. Guess what? Absolutely no electricity. So how's that freezer storage going?

Let me clarify when I say the shots may have been "placebos" I don't mean intentionally. I mean the shots may have been accidentally rendered inert because the people giving out the shots were not following the strict cold storage procedures required to keep the shots viable.
I absolutely agree with what you are getting at, roughly speaking. Roughly, because the shots are never going to be inert, if they have adjuvant-like nano lipids and other biological and immuno-aggravators. They would be inert with respect to the spike protein instantiation within the body's cells. If spike protein spreading to lymph and blood (thus organs) is the main cause of systemic issues (which seems most likely) that shot is inert only in that respect.
Anyway, good thought to share, regardless. I just wouldn't call it absolutely inert - that's misleading imo because the shot isn't only *just* highly unstable mRNA.

She means this: the vaccines, when stored properly in cold storage, maintain their "viability". And by viability, I mean "ability to cause harm to the recipient, such as the many reported cases of myocarditis and other adverse effects."
When not stored properly, the mRNA and LNPs degrade and lose their potency to cause harm (they become "inert" in that respect).
That was what I, and many others, easily surmised from her initial comment and her consequent reply to you. You should have made a better attempt to comprehend and not perpetuate this unecessary contention.

Well. Yes, I am below 25 BMI and de facto 50 BMI. The 25-50 range would generally require additional co-morbidities to move the risk curves closer.
The COVID-19 risk curve is a representationally skewed curve identifying an individual's particular risk of severe or fatal SARS-CoV-19 infection. The mRNA vaccine risk curve is similar but has a much larger standard deviation due to the untested long-term effects. When you place both curves on a sliding scale, healthy people [especially 'kids'] have a huge valley between the two. As your BMI goes up, the curves converge... and with other issues, they will eventually overlap, and the offset.
The "experts" are not smart enough to understand this.
For "new" products, the FDA operates on the basis of "same enough". I expect that's how this happening. The difference between Conmirty and original or "trisucrose", is is deemed "not different". I worked in a quality control lab for blood testing kits, and any time the product was slightly modified, it was always expediently reapproved under this feature of "not significantly different".

No, the “gray cap” version with tris-sucrose was announced Dec 21 2021. It was given EUA as well as BLA approval under the name Comirnaty. It’s the same thing. Till then the EUA version was only “purple cap” which was the same as what was approved in August for Comirnaty. But they stopped making the EUA purple cap (must dilute, no tris-sucrose) and they’re never going to bother making the Comirnaty purple cap. Yes they changed the formula but EUA vs approved is not a factor.
It is highly unlikely that Pfizer's Comirnaty (and Moderna's Spikevax) will ever see distribution and use in the US. Why? Because Pfizer and Moderna EUA [Emergency Use Authorization] "vaccines" have been shielded against legal liability-- they can't be sued. Not so for the 'approved' versions. Only if and when the 'approved' versions are included in the list of Childhood Vaccines will they have that legal liability shield. Thus, the big push to have these so-called vaccines approved for children down to and including infants.
