Nothing about Event 201 was intended to elicit "Lessons Learned" as a conventional table-top exercise would. Notice how none of the focus was on getting people to take care of their health to best withstand such a pandemic - eat right, take vitamins, exercise, etc. It was nearly entirely on controlling a centralized global response and on how to use the media to push their narrative and how to marginalize dissenters' voices to silence them. None of this was on the level. Why on earth have someone representing the CIA and a public health event? Because it was never about a pandemic, but about taking complete control of civilization.

Watching Event 201, I had the distinct impression that they were not discussing what to do as much as the organizers were sending messages/directives to participants on what they should do if/when the pandemic hits. What you write about their messages before the event reinforces that.
I literally felt shivers watching them do this in the "misinformation" session, when the scenario mentioned that the angry people were attacking medical personel, so is a certain level of suppressing freedom of speech justified? Of course that question was pre-loaded for participants to answer that yes, it is justified and necessary to suppress freedom of speech!
Note also the season on the economy, where they recommended the use of stimulus packages/QE. We've certainly seen that happen and we are living with the results in the form of inflation.
