The fracking revolution happened DESPITE Obama. Joe Biden cut all hydrocarbon energy development hence the rise in the price of oil due to supply and demand.. In addition, the Bush cartel is now selling our LNG to western Europe at 7X what it is sold here, just like during the Bush years. We have the ability to be energy dependent as during the Trump years leading to a complete neutering of Russia, Iran, and NKorea, but the UniParty doesn't benefit from that, sir. Control of the supply of oil matters to them, not the free market.

Natural gas hasn’t been expensive for months…it’s a little expensive now but nowhere near the record highs of 2006. But the key is we are producing record amounts after Trump’s lockdown orders bankrupted the industry in 2020. Putin has made us energy dominant!!

Trump didnt have the power to lock people down, your Governors did. And they did it.

I.am talking about hydrcarbon energy overall. Gasoline doesnt come from LNG.

One of my 2023 energy sector predictions was that U.S. oil production would set a new all-time high this year. After record-setting production thus far this year, it would take a collapse along the lines of the huge Covid drop seen in the spring of 2020 for the U.S. to not set a new annual production record for 2023.

For the first three quarters of 2023, U.S. oil production has averaged 12.8 million barrels per day (bpd). The previous annual record - set in 2019 just before the Covid-19 pandemic impacted production -was 12.3 million bpd.
