I think this a fantastic idea but what type of farm abuts the properties? I've heard mention of soy. 90% of soy is GMO and sprayed with ungodly chemicals. Chemicals that cause birth defects, cancer, and would heavily pollute the land of anyone trying to grow their own food/ small farming.
