Hi Ferg - I got fed up reporting the same old, same old, which others still seem to be reporting and I lifted my game, as you said, to the next level shit, in the expectation that I would be right to a degree and my theories have not been off the mark by much, so far, that I can see and I looked at my medications to see which potentially were dangerous to me, if supplies suddenly ended, as has happened with one of the medications I got (which fortunately I had stopped using some time before) and came up with the anti depressant tablets which have a murderous effect, if stopped suddenly, but which I had been on for over 20 years and now I am down to the last 1/2 a tablet of those and will be off them altogether in 4 days time, so win/win for me!!
A guy was prescribed the same medication as me, by his Psychologist, but heavier doses and then his Psych cut his anti depressant tablets altogether, like with a knife - no slow reduction of the tablets - and this guy bought a high powered rifle with telescopic sights and multiple rounds of ammunition and went up a high building looking over a public square in America and shot down and killed lots of innocent people, below - he was disarmed by the police and arrested and when he went to trial, he could not explain his actions, because he was a peaceful man and never held any grudges against anyone. Anyway, he got a life sentence for each person who he killed, which came down to multiple lifetime sentences - personally, I think his Psych should have received his sentences and not him - but that said, it won't be me either, going on a killing spree now, if/when my anti depressant tablets are suddenly cut, as I eventually expect to happen - one side effect is that I am sleeping a lot more than previously and my mind is not held down by the anti depressant tablets - it felt like my mind was floating in a cotton wool cloud, all of the time and my thinking was suppressed too.

Your nasal wash is also used here in Japan. I wish I could paste photos here, but the local drugstores sell a little plastic squeeze dispenser and saline solution ... one which is designed to be inhaled and exhaled through the nose, and one (which I use) similar to your method of inhaling enough to fill and rinse your sinuses, and then spitting out. I've only discovered thin in the last year, so I don't know how long this has been a practice in Japan, and don't know how widespread it is ... but it does make sense, especially when seen through a 'terrain theory' of dental plaque or mucous membranes as both protective AND a substrate which harbors pathogenic microbes.

Hi Ferg - I got fed up reporting the same old, same old, which others still seem to be reporting and I lifted my game, as you said, to the next level shit, in the expectation that I would be right to a degree and my theories have not been off the mark by much, so far, that I can see and I looked at my medications to see which potentially were dangerous to me, if supplies suddenly ended, as has happened with one of the medications I got (which fortunately I had stopped using some time before) and came up with the anti depressant tablets which have a murderous effect, if stopped suddenly, but which I had been on for over 20 years and now I am down to the last 1/2 a tablet of those and will be off them altogether in 4 days time, so win/win for me!!
A guy was prescribed the same medication as me, by his Psychologist, but heavier doses and then his Psych cut his anti depressant tablets altogether, like with a knife - no slow reduction of the tablets - and this guy bought a high powered rifle with telescopic sights and multiple rounds of ammunition and went up a high building looking over a public square in America and shot down and killed lots of innocent people, below - he was disarmed by the police and arrested and when he went to trial, he could not explain his actions, because he was a peaceful man and never held any grudges against anyone. Anyway, he got a life sentence for each person who he killed, which came down to multiple lifetime sentences - personally, I think his Psych should have received his sentences and not him - but that said, it won't be me either, going on a killing spree now, if/when my anti depressant tablets are suddenly cut, as I eventually expect to happen - one side effect is that I am sleeping a lot more than previously and my mind is not held down by the anti depressant tablets - it felt like my mind was floating in a cotton wool cloud, all of the time and my thinking was suppressed too.
I think the anti depressant tablets caused me to lose my first soul or spirit (or that is what I put the weird experience down too) and it was replaced by this new one, which is me now - I inhabited this body which knew the basics and did them automatically and I learned its likes and dislikes and eventually imposed my will on it, so that I am now the spirit which runs this body and I have been in it for about 15 years so far - it is 76 years old now - and there is always the risk it could revert to the original soul or spirit which inhabited it, before I took possession, now that I am no longer taking the anti depressant tablets, but shit happens and it is how it is and in that eventuality, I hope the old spirit or soul thinks I managed its body rather well and does not think too badly of me, for inhabiting this body - although I have no idea how that happened, or why, however, my take on the synthetic mRNA vaccines and the nanotechnology injected at vaccination, is that everyone will awaken with a new computerized spirit or soul, which does what I did and takes control of the body, like I did and the old soul or spirit is gone forever, though goodness knows where, but my guess is not to an Earth Heaven or Hell, but to an alien one, because the synthetic mRNA vaccines change a person's DNA in 6 hours from the vaccine and the aura identity of the person changes, so that the soul or spirit no longer identifies as coming from an Earth animal and it goes to this other alien place, which apparently has been reported as terrifying from CCTV footage, to those who seconds before they died, saw where their spirit was about to go to - anyway, they won't be alone there, because there will be billions more of ex human souls there, from these vaccines, no doubt - mu aura was 80% Gold and 20% Purple, not long after I took possession of this body and i have been trying to get my aura up to 100% Gold before I die, in the next few years, at the end of this body's life and I hope I am pretty much there now, with my free salt water cure!! - just saying!!
