I see they are still pushing the "prevention" narrative. I guess maybe it does since the earlier spike protein variants are no longer in circulation. What a crock. And that certainly explains this push to vax everyone. Need it on the children's vaccine schedule to skirt liability. So sad that unelected bureaucrats are allowed to drive this - and our bought elected representatives go right along with it. Not a peep except for Sen. Ron Johnson.

Parents today better pay attention to what vaxes their babies are getting. No way they should put that poison into their helpless little bodies.

When the FDA/CDC uses the word "prevention" re: CoVax shots, they are referring to [supposed] "prevention" of sickness that would put someone in the hospital, NOT prevention from getting sick in the first place. But the MSM does not make this distinction. They throw the word prevention about and too many believe that they should therefore be prevented from getting sick.

So here we go again, using kids as liability shields. What a world we live it. Like what another reader already stated: No wonder aliens from outer space never bother to land here. There’s no intelligent life to meet or visit.

To all the people who thought they got jabbed with an FDA "approved" vaccine... think again. Maybe these companies will be immune from vaccine injury cases, but they won't be immune to criminal fraud, collusion, etc. etc. etc. charges.

Yes, you're right that a precondition for release of the approved vaccines is getting on the childhood schedule. Another factor is that releasing the vaccines would technically mean the end of the "emergency" (according to the lawyer folk) so they would have to pull all the existing EUA treatments. The childhood vax schedule is really horrific because there are multiple states where vax is compulsory to attend school (e.g. California). But perhaps that will just drive enough people to leave school in CA that the law is unworkable.

parents would be crazzzzeee to allow your kid to be injected ... oh wait, there is a bill pending in CA to bypass parental consent.

What is the reason for the approvals but then continued use with EUA?

I agree that they are pushing to get the shots on the pediatric schedule. The HHS's updated guidance for hospital reporting, which will be implemented on Feb 2, says that reporting daily covid deaths is no longer required. If we are in the midst of a deadly pandemic, don't we need to know how many it claims?

But to prop up the numbers for the pediatric case, they are requiring all kinds of new data reporting subsets for pediatric covid admissions, pediatric ICU occupancy & bed availability, etc. They are also requiring new reporting fields for influenza. These beefed up numbers will help them push an annual flu- covid combo shot that we've already heard rumblings about.

I am surprised these reporting changes aren't being talked about more:

What's the point of mandating/approving a product that does not prevent getting/spreading Covid? Big $$ is being made behind the scenes, it's definitely not about health.

The same trick, this time on a shot that has been banned for teens in some places lol

Aaron Siri is going to have a feast with this one. He's done wonders in the pfizer approval document release

The farce continues. They don’t even have to bother to be sly. Too much power!

The vax has not been approved by the FDA and is only authorized under emergency use. My understanding is that emergency use expired with the new year. How can something like this be mandatory? These elites keep stepping in their own lies and they really stink.

As long as they continue to extend the Public Health Emergency, the EUAs remain

Why anyone would push these useless yet harmful vaccines or get them is beyond me. Nefarious corruption comes to mind.

Good work on this research.

If you were forced to get stabbed by your company with the EUA (not approved) CoVax version, could you not sue your company for forcing you to take up an "untested" vax version against your will?

Second, would people not be within their rights to refuse to take the shots because they aren't the "approved" versions?

Brilliant article! Thank you!

So . . . . what version of the Vax are people getting and where is it coming from if the FDA approved version is not available?

Expand full comment

The unapproved EUA versions. The FDA documents also extend the EUA for them. This is about shielding Pfizer and Moderna from lawsuits due to injury from their "vaccines". Drug manufacturers face no liability for injury caused by their products if distributed under an EUA.

Can you point to me where is specifically says the EUA version not FDA approved? I'm arguing with someone right now. I can not find anything that says the EUA is FDA approved just the FDA website says "On August 23, 2021, FDA announced the first approval of a COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty, for the prevention of COVID-19 in individuals 16 years of age and older." It sounds like it's saying the EUA is FDA approved but not specifically saying the EAU is FDA approved.
