Thank you! I want to make sure I have this correct -- this is basically a party platform where the party stakes out their positions for the next election? Was this passed with any kind of vote? (I know we have votes on this type of thing in the states)

If you go to CPAC online and check the Liberal convention 2023, I believe you’ll find that they accepted the new policies…not sure about a vote.
