It is the most secret and corrupt country in the world and yet they publish much of note, knowing that Joe Public has no interest. I would guess that not 1:1000 know about it and not 1:100,000 reads some of it, and not 1:1,000,000 can navigate the legalese.

It's been an ongoing disaster during my lifetime; when I look back to my childhood in the 1940s, although poor by modern standards, at least we had a sound moral and polite society - all the bad stuff never surfaced - now it's in my face!
