The shadowy group is not far left or far right - its Textbook Fascism. We can't fight them effectively if we don't label them accurately.

I agree. We need to call it what it is.

Fascism is far left.

No - its not far left or far right - it is a unique abomination on its own - combining the very worst of left and right. Seriously.

This Left-Right thing makes it easy for the plebes to get diverted.

You would have to start really nailing down the terms. The "Left" in America now welcomes neocons like Bill Kristol and Nicolle Wallace and Liz Cheney into the club with open arms.

This type of discussion usually goes nowhere, and I've had it interacting with Trumpers and AOC stans. It's just too tantalizing and easy a diversion.

The definition of Fascism is simple enough. People react to the term today thinking it means Hitler in 1939. But it also means Hitler in 1930 - which is much closer to where we are today. The distance between the two points in time isn't that much - and can happen much faster than 10 years. Its just a series of short steps. Its only two weeks...its only a mask....its only a jab. Giving up bodily autonomy gets you to the finish line in one step.

Concur Peter. And that's why I get very nervous with all this "far left" shit and I am used to see it on the other side with the mirror image "far right" shit.

Wake up, everyone.

The wanton journalistic malfeasance these colossal ass clowns perpetrate on an almost hourly basis is borderline satire, and might be funny we’re it not for the unwholesome affect their mendacity has on the incurious and credulous sheeple who mainline their tawdry fabrications and become completely deranged.

Great (and revealing!) expose, Mr. Schachtel, and I am supremely grateful for your shining a light on the often sinister machinations of the so-called mainstream media. Not that your providing these revelations will occasion a moment of sober self-reflection or reconsideration on their part for their ill-conceived, misguided shenanigans. They are too narcissistic and ego-maniacal to truly evolve in any meaningful way.

But perhaps, just maybe, enough people will realize what lackluster, banal, and disingenuous shitheads these cretins are, and marginalize them so they no longer have a pulpit from which to propagate their lies and deceptions. We can only hope!

I am not a Rolling Stone subscriber. However I do enjoy the Spotify service. If Spotify chose to censor Rogan I imagine I could find another music service. Furthermore given Rogan's popularity I reckon that I would not be the only Spotify subscriber to move onto pastures new. As no doubt Twitter and Facebook are finding out, they no longer own the internet. Censorship is turning out to be the greatest democratizing tool since the halcyon days of BBS.

Before the covid scam how many of us used the word "projection"? Not many. But this and other methods is what this evil consortium of lawless fuckers is doing. At every turn they are flipping the script to call out their enemies, us. The Rogan/Malone Interview is a runaway victory for we the pure bloods of the world and our supporters (or non pure bloods). It may be the blow that turns the tide, as I believe that too be. This is why these fucktards are going extreme with their defense, or pitiful defense that is. Now, thanks to Rogan, we have the momentum and upper hand to do some real damage to these demonic criminal scumbags.

Rolling Stone is a propaganda rag. Those yelling and accusing others of spreading "Misinformation" are the biggest spreaders of mis and disinformation. Typical totalitarian tactic --- accuse others of what you yourself are doing. Some are so numb that they believe the lies they help spread.

It is truly amazing that after being wrong or lies are exposed they just keep right on with the same BS. They can't be wrong and/or they can't be honest. They are the real "deplorables".

The stench of hypocrisy is so strong that it smells worse than an open septic tank.

When you get too close to the truth and too far away from the controlled narrative, this is what happens. You become a threat. The globalists, the leftists, the corporatists, and all the other usual statist bootlickers become your enemy, censorship is only one of their tools.

They fear that an open dialog on any topic will make people question the narrative. Any narrative needs questioning no matter the source.

Beware of these groupthink thugs, they are coming after more than free speech. History has taught us that.

How about Rogan invite a provaxxer on and ask real questions and show real data? Or ask drs. on such as Dr. Marty Markary, Harvey Risch, Dr. Battarhychaya, or Dr. Kuldorff? Even Paul Offit and Monica Gandhi don't want to give boosters to everyone. He could pick people who have single-point objections, one by one. I know the first four have been relegated to conservative media, and thus the censors will disapprove even of them, but they still have their jobs at institutions so probably won't be totally censored.

In what universe is the Rockefeller Foundation a "left wing" entity? Ditto, Mark Zuckerberg and the Atlantic are somehow "left wing." By such standards, Henry Kissinger is a left winger. You are hopelessly trying to paint the creators of the Covid nightmare as "left" when in fact they are the ultimate reactionary, "right wing," that is, fascists. Just because people call themselves "liberal" does not make them "left wing," and in fact liberals have always denied being leftists. Despite the obvious nonsense of the attacks on Rogan, you managed to create a headline, and an article, that are simply ludicrous and impossible to take seriously.

They are all far left-wing. Neo-Maoist if you prefer.

Yeah I'm not sure what these name games are all about. How can anyone argue that Rockefeller & Zuckerberg are not left-wing orgs, or that the Atlantic is not left-leaning, by the way almost anyone uses those words.

People sometimes use different words to describe the very same thing. Maybe something we can all agree on is Totalitarian.

Fascism is the marriage of corporatism and the state. Corporations own the state under fascism. The traditional left vision is of common ownership of the means of production, or socialism, or economic democracy, or any form of workers' power that involves expropriating the stolen billions from our overlords and using those resources for the common good. Under fascism, billionaires own the economy and we are all serfs. That is right wing, and what Rockefeller, Gates, Zuckerberg et al are all about. The goal of the Great Reset is to stabilize billionaire ownership of the economy, while spouting nonsensical platitudes about equality and the like for the serfs. To call these billionaire fascists "left" is simply nonsensical. They are not planning to redistribute their wealth to the lower 99.9%, nor are they planning to meet human needs with their wealth. Instead, they want to exterminate the working class and grind whoever remains under their boots.

Expand full comment

And, of course, the first thing that Lenin, Mao, Ortega, Chavez, Maduro, etc, etc, etc, did was to redistribute the wealth to the peasants.

Right.

Expand full comment

They would consider THEMSELVES left, as they are socially liberal oligarchs who use the gullible leftist masses to further their own gains, just as the Republican oligarchs do.

Expand full comment

Corporations can own the state in socialism too and in the extreme example one corporation owns the state. The political spectrum is not a left/right line. It's more like a circle and at a certain point Fascism and Communism meet. They have more in common than differences.

I think the letter is stupid, yes, but Im not sure of the last person and why they were mentioned in this article. "Wallace holds a PhD in epidemiology and is currently an adjunct assistant professor in Illinois." ?? So, she is a Doctor... and an epidemiologist... so I'm not really sure of the reasoning on mentioning her. Maybe one of the few who actually are an expert in that area.
