Good summary of the players involved and the stupidity of the modern Left that tries to destroy Countries from within. You do not have to agree with Biblical land claims to realize that Israel stands for a moral, civilized world and much of Gaza is a death cult like the modern Left in the USA.

The only criticism I have of the Israeli government is their failure to have an armed citizenry. Imagine terrorists attacking a small town in Texas or Switzerland. You are your own first responder. The lack of an armed citizenry is apparently being fixed but too slowly.

As I see it, Israel is a nation surrounded by many adversaries, many of whom deny the right of Israel to exist. But after 75 years of Israel always being forced to defend itself from these war pigs (Note: I am not equating people to pigs; I am only referring to these other nations always wanting to destroy), they have done well.

But I would like to make some comparisons between Israel and its neighbors.

The Nobel Prize is recognized as one of the great achievements in science. Why does Israel have multitudes of winners of this Prize, when its neighbors have accumulated so few?

Why are its neighbors always doing the attacking?

Why are all the negotiations for peace always centered around the idea that Israel has to surrender land to their enemies so that they can be given a platform to start future attacks?

Why is every response by Israel referred to in the world press as carrying out a genocide against the Palestinians, who I don't think have a common gene pool?

I am writing this from the perspective of someone who has witnessed war for over 50 years between Israel and its neighbors, and see a world press that is against Israel every time. I am not necessarily looking for replies to my questions; I just put them in the open forum. But if the fighting can end, then maybe it will make the person who created that "Coexist:" bumper sticker happy, just like I want to be.

Perhaps it is time to call out the truth about the left, whether Jewish or otherwise. With all the evil perpetuated on the Jewish people by the Palestinians and their comrades over decades it is not just foolishness or stupidity that motivates the left. Evil is amongst us and it doesn’t only wear one identity.

October 7 was an invitation to the evil people among us in Western nations to out themselves, and many of them have graciously accepted.

There are those of us who believe in the Rule of Law and those of us who despise it.

Schactel's headline is 100% accurate. And what made the massacre more horrible were the later excuses given by Western media for how Hamas was "justified", or that it was "retaliation". Hamas effing deliberately targeted civilians. They weren't collateral damage--they were TARGETS. And to add egregious insult to literal injury, the Israeli military (and likely some leadership) KNEW it was coming and actually had details about how it would be carried out, and yet the intelligence was ignored. But regardless of that error, it doesn't excuse the attack in the first place.

Jordan I think you’re an insightful reporter/journalist/writer but please look into 9/11. Osama bin Laden didn’t do this nor a group of random Arabs with “box cutters”. Look up James Corbett sight. All documentation accompanies his research & videos.

Palestinian sect may be the first of several violent-terror proxy groups that function as hate militias; later iterations being Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthi’s. Well written piece on “Palestinian” bio!
