When he's plainly discussed things in the media and before congress, wouldn't his "I don't recall" be admissable as evidence of obstruction of justice? Time to start asking him questions for which you already know the answers and have evidence of it.

Like Comrade Dr. Fauci, you respond to queries like this so you can't be brought up on perjury charges. Secretary Clinton and her husband used this defense hundreds of time each, as did Comey, so be prepared to see a lot of this going forward in all the investigations.

By settling for a medical opinion of dementia, he served 10 months jail instead of five years. Do you think Fauci might try the same trick?
