Agreed, this story sounds sketchy (amateur hour) and should be investigated further before any reporting. However everyone should know that Kiev has actively targeted and slain people who simply say things they don't like. The "leaders" in Ukraine (installed in a DC orchestrated coup amid the slaughter of ethnic Russians in 2014) are vicious, self serving authoritarians who will absolutely kill those who threaten their power, when they can.
