I am pretty clear on the fact that they operate outside of the rules, believe me.

I don't believe you can use an Ex Order to void the Constitution and ending the soverenty of the Fed govt. Especially as Ex Orders are only valid for the term of the President who signs it.

I still see it going to the Supreme Court. Now I could be wrong, perhaps they will run that Plague they are talking up as an excuse to sign, you know, to "save" us. But I don't think it will work for them, not this time.

Do keep in mind that a piece of paper only has power as long as people are willing to defend what is written.

Then look back at what they were allowed to do last time, when they didn't yet have this WHO constitution to support their actions.

Well if those who are defending it are UN troops, I could see this particular piece of paper having some power behind it. Alternatively, if many refuse to go along with it, unless/until they get control of the currency and the ability to restrict its use, many saying NO will hold, for a while anyway.

What they were allowed to do last time was based on an element that is now almost gone, Trust. People vote with their feet as the saying goes, and the dramatic drop in vax take up, whether for covid, flu or even for children has dropped like a stone. (see last link)

Regarding fall in children vaccines, take NY for example:

"The number of vaccinated infants plummeted during (F-and after) the COVID-19 pandemic thanks to “vaccination hesitancy,” according to a new report from Mayor Eric Adams’ office.

"Vaccinations among children aged 19 to 35 months dropped to 59.2% last summer and fall, compared to 64.5% during the same period in 2021, the city Health Department said in the quarterly management report published Tuesday. https://nypost.com/2023/01/31/nyc-childrens-vaccination-rates-dropped-during-pandemic/

Some more info on childhood rates. What is very interesting about this article is with one breath they are saying the drop is only a percent or two, with the other they are saying that the uptake must be iron clad. Leads me to suspect the real numbers are far, far higher.

The fatal flaw for the vax crowd is people now see that NONE of the illegals, adult or child have to take vaccines. If that is not the world's biggest Red Flag I don't know what is.

I see where you're coming from, but there's a world of difference between passively "voting with your feet" and actively opposing something.

In the end it's the group that is able, and willing, to take active action against other groups who wins out. "Vaccination hesitancy" won't help when this newer piece of paper allows them to enforce procedures and redefine what a "pandemic" is.

They also have shown that they are capable of delivering "swift justice" when it matters to them with examples such as the J6 "hearings" and how they quickly shut down BLM riots when those got close to politician residences. You also already have people's children being taken away over "gender".

You can also look outside the US at how unmarked "police" tore through peaceful protestors in Canada, The Netherlands, and elsewhere. Speaking of which, one of their slogans were something like "without truckers society comes to a stand still"; but we're soon at the point where we have fleets of unmanned trucks handling deliveries. So such strong protests won't even be feasible in the near future.

Do also keep in mind that it takes a lot more to keep the ruling class accountable when they are global and, as such, might as well be staying on some island on the other side of the world.

All that said, I certainly hope your optimism holds and that I'm 100% wrong. We'll see by years end.
