That goes to PayPal which brings up People Media Project. I searched on People Media Project in CauseIQ and found that People Media Project only files a 990-N. From CauseIQ... "This organization files the Form 990-N (e-Postcard), which is the shortest version of the Form 990 for organizations with less than $50,000 in annual revenue."
Apparently a very thrifty organization that operates internationally on such a small budget.
