And, now with the Federal Gov sending $1B+ to China for tests, it harkens back to the early days when CA Governess Newsom signed a no-bid $1B contract for masks with a defunct Chinese automaker, apparently on Warren Buffet’s suggestion (and then refused to produce documentation about it). These contracts are precisely the sort of grift that we can expect from the interlocking elites that propose to cement their control, end the scary Schumpeterian creative destruction process, and run America in future as Europe has been run these past 100 years: by interbred, ill-informed families. Malaise will be the only result, as in the EU.
I remember right before Newsom re-enacted his indoor mask mandate, a commenter on another substack mentioned that, in his line of work monitoring government auctions, he'd noticed warehouses full of PPP just sitting there, even complete factories for making masks. Then we also get a story about 10million dollars worth of PPP sitting at San Jose convention center, getting rained on and ruined. It is all such a scam, and they force the mandates to justify their greasy contracts. This country of origin for the tests doesn't surprise me one bit. Of course. Pfizer sold to both sides in the Civil War. What do we expect. 100% Biden is owned. Funny how we can get Chinese tests (just saw they're selling them at Staples) but not paper (those shelves were empty).
