Most of the story is about the new $12 billion, which seems pretty solid. The opaqueness of these money flows is extremely troubling. What is the standard to be an investigative journalist nowadays?
One thing such a journalist shouldnтАЩt do is censor comments that question the validity of the underlying claims (see above my earlier comment says тАЬRemoved (Banned)тАЭ). Instead of addressing the substance of my comment, the author censored my comment, along with another critical comment from a different user. I really thought that censoring users was something only the far-left activists are into, but I was wrong.
Why do they need another 12 billion if the old money hasn't been spent?
